DESCRIPTION: This residential community is aimed to be an accessible, sociable and legible development that will contribute to a healthy, vibrant and sustainable lifestyle. It has been designed to foster a sense of place, balancing the private realm with public spaces and offering a choice of activities, service and an enviable living environment in a unique location fronting the Yas Links Golf Crouse. Zone JA accommodates 4,817 residents in approximately 1,392 dwelling unites and is complemented by a mix of retail, community and religious land uses. All design services for this project are harmonized to help in achieving better synergy and closer coordination between different design trades, and to implement the required design strategies for each of Estidama's credits. ECOBUILD worked with the involved stakeholders to maintain all Pearl Two Estidama criteria for the buildings as well as One Pearl for the community during the construction stage of the project. Sustainability compliance management was carried out through the review and approval of material submittals prior to procurement, conducting site audits during each stage of the project, and supervising the testing and commissioning of all MEP systems.
